What LED Light Covers Are Made to Do
Heat-Resistant Acrylic
Made from optical-grade modified impact acrylic rated for continuous service up to 170°F. Safe on all LED troffer and flat-panel fixtures.
Sized for LED Troffers
Standard panel is 23¼" × 48", fits 2×4 LED troffer fixtures. Trimmable to fit 2×2 and most standard sizes with ordinary scissors.
Flexible Yet Durable
Bends without cracking for easy install on flat or slightly curved panels. Tensile strength of 6,500 psi means it holds its shape for years.
Built to Last
Non-yellowing polymer construction. Will not bubble, warp, or degrade under normal LED operating conditions.
Diffuses Light Without Over-Dimming
Rooms stay fully lit. The 20% reduction targets excess glare, not the usable light you need to work.
Installation
How to Install LED Light Covers
NaturaLux filters install directly onto your existing fixtures. No rewiring or special tools needed.
1 Cut the Filter to Size
Place the filter inside the curved troffer cover to check the fit. Mark the width and length with a marker, then cut along the lines with ordinary scissors. Use this piece as a template for additional filters.
2 Form to the Curved Cover
Fit the trimmed filter into the curved cover: shiny side faces the light, matte side faces the floor. Press it into shape along the curve. One edge should sit flush with the cover edge.
3 Tape in Place and Reinstall
Secure the filter with transparent tape inside the cover, then reinstall the cover on the fixture. For flat LED panels or sealed troffers without a removable cover, affix double-sided tape to the shiny side and press onto the outer metal frame.

Affix double-sided or magnetic tape to the shiny side of the filter. Press onto the outer metal frame of the fixture. Align one corner first, then press flat.
